Governance is, by authority, the direction, control, regulation, influence and/or managing of the actions or conduct of individuals through established laws or by arbitrary will to achieve one or more stated objectives.

Governance is a decision making framework enabled, supported and operated by a set of personal and organization level responsibilities, policies and procedures.
