A systematic management method consisting of reusable procedures and templates that uses a common vocabulary and clear definitions of roles and responsibilities defined within the overall governance framework, to manage customer investments in services.
The investments are directly related to the objectives of the enterprise expressed in a business plan and as a set of performance goals.
